Return & Refund Policy
You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
Exchange and return is a guaranteed right for all our customers and includes all products displayed in our store.
Return Fees: If the return is due to a change of preference, a 7% deduction from the total order value will be applied to cover operational and processing costs. Return shipping fees will also be deducted as follows:
- 85 EGP for Cairo and Alexandria
- 105 EGP for other governorates across Egypt
Return or exchange is free of charge only if the product has a manufacturing defect and is in the same original condition as when received, including the original packaging.
All products displayed in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.
The return or exchange request will be reviewed and approved within 3 working days. Once approved, our courier will contact you within 3–5 working days to complete the process.

Please photograph the product and send it along with your city, address, and order number in the event that the product is damaged or has a specific defect.
The amount will be refunded in full if the product received is completely different from the product description on the website.
